Being resistant to harsh conditions such as drought and lodging minimizes yield loss; It allows to obtain the desired quality in wheat. Nizar Wheat can also grow successfully in large regions with its white awn structure and plant height ranging from 100-110 cm. The recommended regions include GAP, Çukurova, Central Anatolia, the Mediterranean, and the Aegean, ensuring high performance even in different climatic conditions.

Disease resistance is also one of the important characteristics of Nizar; Septoria has a high tolerance to common diseases in wheat production, such as Yellow, Brown and Black Rust. In this way, both yield and product quality are preserved.

Nizar, which also draws attention in terms of nutritional value, is an ideal choice in flour production with its protein content ranging from 14.8% to 15% and gluten content from 37.4% to 38.24 %. The weight of hectoliters is between 82.2 - 85.2 g , and the weight and quality of wheat are also at a high level. The weight of a thousand grains is in the range of 47.2 - 49.1 gr , which indicates that the grains are plump and of high quality.
